Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, including residential, commercial, and retail spaces
- Manage tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and addressing tenant concerns
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to stakeholders
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property management

Skills:
- Strong contract management skills to negotiate and review lease agreements
- Proficiency in property management software
- Knowledge of construction processes and ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Experience with project management tools like Primavera or Civil 3D
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant relations and project coordination

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
